Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 5-7 business days. Some parts may take 2-3 weeks to ship if there is no stock available within the United States. We will reach out if the item is expected to take more than 2-3 days to be shipped.
Shipment times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at check out. Items are shipped from Nashua, NH. Packages typically are delivered within 1-2 days to neighboring states. Mid-Atlantic states take 2-4 days. Midwest 3-5 days. Southeastern states 3-5 days. Southwest, Northwest, and Western states may be 4-7 days.
Orders may be expedited for an additional cost at check out.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do not ship internationally.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
We do not ship COD orders.
We do not ship wheels, windshields, windows, doors, fenders, hoods, bumpers, exhaust, HAZMAT, or any other excessively sized or particularly fragile parts. We may cancel an order for this at our discretion.
