Returns Policy

A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Orders submitted without a VIN may be subject to no returns.

Please include a copy of the invoice in your return.


A 20% restock fee will be charged against all returned parts.


Buyer is responsible for return shipping on all returned parts. A prepaid shipping label will be issued which is subtracted from the refund amount. Shipping fees are not refundable.


Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging. No refund will be processed for parts sent back without the OEM box/packaging.


All returned parts will be inspected. We cannot take back used or installed parts. If we find a part does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


There are no returns on electrical parts.


We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.


Core Charges/Returns: Please include invoice with return. Drain fluids. Please reach out once core is ready so we can provide you with a return label.


Damaged/Lost Item: Please reach out to us to initiate a claim. Keep all packaging and contents. Photographs of damage are required. Failure to provide these will result in a denied claim.


Defective Item: Buyer is responsible for reaching out to the seller to advise of a possible defective part.  We will handle defects the best way we can and it is a case by case solution.




Cancellation Policy

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

Once a part is special ordered from the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled for a full refund and a restocking fee will apply.

If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
